Fresh Start Waste Services were proud to be the official waste management company for the recent Stone Roses concert at Heaton Park
Like the rest of Manchester, everyone at Fresh Start were overjoyed when influential rock band The Stone Roses announced their appearances at Heaton Park. So when we were asked to look after the waste management of the event, it was a job that we couldn’t wait to go to.
With 220,000 people passing through the Heaton Park Venue during the 3 day mini festival, generating a staggering 126 tonnes of waste for Fresh Starts’ 100+ bins, we were certainly kept busy, but it was a job well done.
Everyone at Fresh Start would like to wish The Stone Roses all the best with the rest of their upcoming gigs and are very much looking forward to playing their new releases in the Fresh Start Office!
