Fresh Start Support the Grozy Cup

wave

Fresh Start Waste continued their ongoing support of local charitable organisations through sponsorship of the Grozy Cup which took place at the De La Salle sports club in Salford.

The Grozy Cup was set up as a charity fundraising day for the family of Mike Grozy who died suddenly of heart failure at the age of 38 in March this year, leaving behind a 10-year-old daughter. The funds raised on the day are going to be used to support his young family.

The fantastic fun day included a whole host of activities comprising of an Under 10’s and adult rugby tournament, a disco, stalls and lots of family fun so there was something for everyone. It took place on the 11th June at the De La Salle Sports & Social Club in Salford.

Fresh Start Waste are a strong believer in giving back to those in the local community and supporting this charity fundraising day with a combined donation of £2000 is just one of the ways they have helped.
