Customer-focused Fresh Start Waste are rolling out a brand-new online customer portal which allows customers instant access to many useful documents.
The technology is accessed via the Fresh Start Waste website and allows an instant login to a bespoke customer account. There’s a user-friendly dashboard which customers can choose to view. They can download copies of invoices and pay invoices, thus making the whole payment process more convenient.
Another feature of the portal allows customers to check their collection schedule as well as take a look at collections which have been made, including any notes Fresh Start Waste drivers have included relating to each collection. Customers can view the weights and charges of each bin emptied by Fresh Start. Outside of the portal customers can raise a query through the website, which links directly to the Fresh Start Customer Service team, who will respond asap.
As a carbon-conscious organisation customers at Fresh Start have long been sent recycling reports which detail the amount of waste and recycling Fresh Start have collected, as well as the onward processing it has gone through with an overall level of recycling achieved.
These reports uniquely show how much has been recycled and how much has been processed through Fresh Start’s £1m state of the art materials recovery facility, where as much recyclable material as possible is removed from their general waste collection. The reports are now viewable and downloadable from the new customer portal.
