The containers themselves are robust steel units with lockable lids, where even the smallest 8 cubic yard model has around 5 x the capacity of the largest wheelie bins on the market.

What’s the difference between front end loaders and traditional skips?

FELs have a huge advantage over skips in that they are emptied on site, and although they don’t have wheels, they can be moved into a new position with a forklift.

FELs offer two distinct benefits over skips:

The costs can be less than half that of a builder skip as it can empty dozens of FELs in a day without needing to dispose at the facility.
For that reason the FELs are also far more carbon efficient.

FELs are lockable and full enclosed meaning your waste will be secure from vermin and protect against any adverse weather conditions.

Traditional skips are more suitable for heavier loads, such as bricks, wood and other construction materials. Although those streams are not permissible in our FELs, we can provide a wide range of skips for our clients.
